Famirose (Evening primrose oil) contains rich proportion of Omega-6 essential fatty acids (-6 EFAs) such as gamma linolenic acid (GLA), cis-linoleic acid (LA). Studies reveal the outstanding of evening primrose oil for Women Health; both GLA & LA regulates hormones in body. They cut down the production of inflammatory associated with endometriosis, perimenopausal discomforts such as mood changes, irritability, headaches, anxiety, hot flashes, increase absorption of iodine and prevents hair shedding and keeps cholesterol in range.
